Our Area
The De Waterkant area used to be the old slave quarters of Cape Town. A number of years ago this developed into a major residential area and became very popular as a result of its close proximity to the CBD, beaches and the Waterfront.
Since then this has developed into a major tourism destination in that most of these houses are now either self-catering, Guest House or Bed & Breakfast establishments, catering predominantly for the international tourist, local and foreign business people.
